Gālo – Terms & Conditions

Effective July 14, 2025, these Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines for using Gālo’s website, app, booking system, and studio services. By accessing any part of our platform or attending classes, you agree to comply with these terms. Users must be 18 years or older or have verified parental consent. All class bookings must be made through the Gālo online system, and payments—processed securely through providers such as Stripe—may involve stored card details like Visa 4921. If a payment fails, the system will attempt to process it three times before the account becomes temporarily suspended. A standard no-show fee of $15 may apply.

Memberships are offered in multiple tiers, including a Basic Membership priced at $49 per month with 4 classes and weekday access, a Premium Membership at $99 per month with 12 classes plus priority booking and a monthly guest pass, and a Pro Membership at $159 per month offering unlimited classes, full booking freedom, access to the virtual library, and a monthly wellness evaluation. If you arrive more than seven minutes late to a class, entry may not be permitted for safety reasons. Instructors may tailor difficulty levels depending on experience and form. All equipment must be used only as instructed, and participants should stop immediately if they experience discomfort such as dizziness or pain.

Refunds are generally not provided except in cases like technical errors or duplicate charges. Class cancellations must be made at least eight hours before the scheduled time to avoid additional fees, and unused sessions do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the membership plan. All intellectual property on the platform—including the Gālo name, branding, class titles such as MegaCore 45 or ReformX, images, and design assets—is owned exclusively by Gālo Studio LLC. Misuse of the platform, including sharing login credentials, booking classes on behalf of others using your account, bypassing security, or unauthorized filming, is strictly prohibited.

Gālo is not responsible for lost belongings, service outages, or injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or ignoring instructor guidance.
